Request a Construction InspectionYou will need your permit number; select the type of inspection you need and search our inspector availabilities. Use the Search function above if you can't remember your permit number.

Apply for a Property InspectionFees for the inspection depend on the type of certificate requested and type of property being inspected. All Fees must be paid in full before an inspection will be scheduled.
You may apply for and Rental Inspection applications - new rentals, renewals, and change of tenants.
To register or renew your registration of an abandoned/vacant or foreclosed property. This allows online registration and payment of the registration fees. Please note that any mortgagee who holds a mortgage security interest on any real property located within the municipality, shall register with the Department of Inspections.
Registration of Abandoned, Vacant and Foreclosed PropertyApplicants will need to submit the information requested in this form along with the initial $500 Registration Fee in order to have the Registration Application processed. Incomplete forms will not be processed and may result in a violation to city code if you fail to register the property.
